Absolutely not! You learn everything from the beginning. The workshop is also suitable for those who have never seen a fermentation tank.

In the workshop, real beer is brewed. Most participants take the fermentation tank with them, and after fermentation is complete, they bottle the beer at home.

The workshop is hybrid – it can take place at your home, at my home brewery in Moshav Yeshai, or at workshop complexes in the Elah Valley. It all depends on the need and the number of participants.

If you have a gluten sensitivity, you can bring beers fermented from fruit, honey, dates, or other gluten-free ingredients. Just don't forget to let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly 🙌
